The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards and within budget expectations.
You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors while maintaining a solid site presence and fostering a positive culture focused on safety, accountability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day to day site operations and programme delivery
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all site activities
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
Monitor construction quality and ensure works are completed to specification
Manage project milestones and proactively resolve site issues
Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Oversee project documentation and reporting through Procore and BuildPass
Support successful project commissioning and handover
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction




Exposure to new build commercial projects will be highly regarded
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety and quality management
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using Procore, BuildPass, SignOnSite or similar construction management platforms
Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction are advantageous

Salary $140,000 – $170,000 + Super
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, project exposure and demonstrated delivery capability.
