St John of God Horizon House in Geraldton seeks a dedicated Youth Worker to join our team in a part time, permanent role. You will support young people in a residential setting, delivering tailored Independent Living Skills programs and advocacy while working within a fixed fortnightly roster that includes sleep, split shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
You will collaborate with the Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day support and ensure wellbeing through trauma-informed care
