Job Description
Milton Lights ELC PTY LTD Northside Early Learning Centre Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Northside Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily centre operations, staffing, rosters and enrolments.
Lead, supervise and support educators and staff.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, NQS and relevant regulations.
Oversee educational programs, child safety and quality improvement.
Build positive relationships with families and the community.
Manage administration, budgets and centre resources.
Essential Requirements




Minimum 3 years of full time management experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Demonstrated leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Current Working with Children Check or eligibility to obtain one.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly recommended.
Relevant early childhood qualifications are required as applicable to the position.
