You will troubleshoot complex issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
Ideal candidates have proven AV/VC installation and support experience, plus familiarity with CRM (Dynamics) and Jira ticketing.
