Life Without Barriers Education (Durithunga Gunya) seeks a Teacher to deliver versatile, engaging learning for high school–age students at Crestmead PCYC, Logan.
You will work with Youth Workers to re-engage learners in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed setting, focusing on wellbeing, participation, and goal achievement.
Responsibilities include building relationships with families and external agencies, supporting successful transitions, and maintaining a safe, compliant learning
