Westmead Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our High Dependency Unit (HDU) - Cardiovascular team on a
part-time and casual
basis.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to patients requiring close cardiovascular monitoring and support, while working alongside a skilled and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring high-dependency and cardiovascular monitoring.
Closely monitoring patients' clinical status, recognising signs of deterioration and responding promptly to changes in their condition.
Supporting the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care in accordance with clinical standards and best practice.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
About You
You are a motivated and clinically confident Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively and enjoy working collaboratively to support positive patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
CurrentAHPRAregistration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 12 months
experiencean acute care, HDU or ICU environment.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to recognise and respond to patient deterioration.




A commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence and patient safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$***** - $*****
+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
