The Langham Hotel Melbourne is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Main Kitchen Department, a team of about 60 colleagues. Prior experience in a fast-paced setting and large-volume production cooking is highly regarded.
You will work across grilling, frying, roasting and cold prep areas, supporting inventory needs and maintaining food safety logs. We value teamwork, reliability, and flexibility with shifts.
