As a Guest Service Agent All Rounder,



your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us by providing warm, responsive and luxury service.
Duties include but not limited to: Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check-in and check-out.
Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences.
Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions.
Assisting in-house and external guests via telephone calls and email enquiries.
Daily liaison with inter-departments such as food
