Canon Business Services ANZ is seeking an End User Services Engineer to join the VIC Service Desk.
You will be the first point of contact, delivering level 1/2 IT support, remote troubleshooting, triage and timely resolutions for a diverse user base.
Based in South Melbourne, the role combines in office visits to Hawthorn, Moorabbin and CBD with remote support, ensuring secure, reliable and productive workplace technology for enterprise customers.
