The Role
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a substantial building project, working closely with experienced site and commercial teams.
You'll have genuine ownership of your project, supported by approachable senior management and a business that values quality delivery, solid relationships and long-term career development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion.
Manage programming, procurement, budgets and project performance.
Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
Oversee contractual requirements, variations and commercial outcomes.




Ensure projects meet safety, quality, programme and financial objectives.
Drive collaboration across the project team to achieve successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector.
Experience delivering projects valued at $20m+ with a reputable head contractor.
A background in multistorey residential, mixed-use or commercial building projects would be highly regarded.
Strong programming, financial management and contractual knowledge.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
