About the Role This is a high-impact field operations role supporting the Microsoft Retail In-Store Presence and Training Team across the southern states.
As Field Operations Manager, you will lead the administration, governance, and optimisation of the field team to deliver strong in-store execution, effective training, and consistent performance against Microsoft KPIs across nominated retail accounts.
Supporting field operations across multiple states and reporting to National Field Manager, you will act as the operational backbone of field execution, connecting management, regional stakeholders, retail partners, Microsoft, Retail Safari, and the field team to turn strategy into results at store level.
This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, naturally curious, and confident navigating complex environments , with a practical, hands-on approach to delivery.
This is a full time field role, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30.
