About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will recruit construction and welding candidates from Australia and overseas, connecting skilled workers with employers who need them.
You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to placement.
You will also develop client relationships, follow up enquiries and convert leads into recruitment engagements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and attracting candidates across construction roles.
Interviewing tradespeople to evaluate their practical knowledge, work history and suitability for employer requirements.
Preparing candidate shortlists and coordinating employer interviews and selection.
