As our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner, you will provide expert advice on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) across the organisation to foster a culture that prioritises the health, safety and wellbeing of our people.
You will coach and mentor leaders to support team-based capability in managing safety and integrating best practice into everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the organisation's Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and legislative requirements.
Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety, risk management and wellbeing practices across all areas of the organisation.
Partner with senior leaders to establish meaningful safety performance measures, including lead indicators, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of health, safety and wellbeing training programs that build capability and accountability at all levels.
Champion a positive, safety-first culture through collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.




Develop and oversee risk management frameworks to identify, assess and mitigate physical and psychosocial hazards.
Coordinate safety assurance activities, audits, inspections and risk assessments across departments.
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, associated regulations, codes of practice and organisational policies.
Oversee incident investigations, applying root cause analysis methodologies to identify contributing factors and implement corrective actions.
Manage relationships with external providers, consultants, training organisations and regulatory bodies.
Support contractor management processes, procurement activities and safety assurance requirements.
Provide regular reporting and insights on safety performance, emerging risks and organisational trends.
Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen safety leadership capability and accountability.
