We are looking for a passionate and reliable Production Chef to join our NSW team on a casual basis.
About the opportunity As a Production Chef, you'll play an important role in preparing and producing high-quality, nutritious meals in a busy catering workplace.
This role is ideal for a Chef who understands that food needs to be not only delicious, but also safe, nutritious and appropriate for each individual's needs.
A sound understanding of Texture Modified Food is essential,



including the ability to prepare meals to the required texture and consistency while maintaining quality, presentation and food safety standards.
Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with menus, recipes and dietary requirements.
Preparing and producing Texture Modified Meals to the required standards.
Ensuring consistency in texture, portion size, quality and presentation.
Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Working efficiently within a busy production kitchen.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared and delivered on time.
Taking pride in the quality and presentation of every meal you prepare.
