Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget and to-quality outcomes Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets,



and resource allocations across multiple workstreams Apply structured project governance frameworks including stage gates, steering committees, and reporting cadences Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams Prepare and deliver explicit project status updates, board papers, and executive reporting Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery Experience
