Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate support workers to assist clients with complex needs, including mobility and daily routines. You'll tailor supports to goals, collaborate with families and medical teams, and help clients engage in meaningful activities.
Shifts are adaptable with a patient, empathetic approach, and you'll build genuine relationships, not just checklists. Paid induction, travel between client shifts, and supportive clinical backing are provided.
