TalentWeb is partnering with an established national builder to appoint a Senior Contract Administrator for a $100m+ high-rise residential development in Sydney. You will manage major subcontractor packages, oversee cost reporting and contribute to commercial decisions alongside the Project Manager and delivery team.
You will drive procurement, variations and final accounts, manage commercial risks, and mentor junior staff while building robust relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
