Adelaide

Are you a proactive, driven and compassionate leader who sees opportunities, solves problems and inspires others?
Champagne Recruitment is working with Her Health and together we are looking for a motivated, thoughtful and solutions-focused Practice Manager who brings initiative, kindness and a genuine drive for excellence.
Someone who takes ownership, anticipates challenges and is constantly asking, "How can we do this better?" You'll thrive on improving systems, finding solutions and bringing people together to achieve great outcomes.
You understand that great leadership is about people as much as performance. You build trust, lead with empathy and inspire a team to feel valued, supported and proud of what they achieve together.
Her Health is a multidisciplinary women's health clinic in North Adelaide, bringing together experienced clinicians across obstetrics, gynaecology, general practice and allied health.
United by a shared passion for women's health, we are committed to providing exceptional, connected and compassionate care at every stage of life. Our culture is built on kindness, collaboration, mutual respect and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to drive improvement, inspire others and achieve excellence together.

About the Role
Working closely with the Practice & Operations Director, you'll help translate Her Health's vision into operational excellence while fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations across people, systems, workflows, finances, compliance and patient experience, proactively identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
You'll critically assess existing processes, identify gaps, develop and maintain policies and procedures, and implement meaningful, sustainable improvements.
Importantly, you'll bring people together, build trust and lead change with kindness and confidence, creating a culture of shared purpose, accountability and excellence.
We're looking for someone who:
Takes initiative and ownership:

Drives continuous improvement:
Enjoys developing, implementing and refining systems, policies and procedures.
Brings people together:
Builds solid relationships, encourages collaboration and inspires a united team.

Leads with kindness and integrity:
Is approachable, compassionate and fair while maintaining high standards and clear expectations.
Develops and empowers others:
Recognises strengths, supports skilled growth and encourages accountability.
Strives for excellence:
Brings attention to detail, sound judgement and pride in delivering outstanding outcomes.
Shares our passion for women's health:
Believes in our vision and is motivated to make a meaningful difference to women's lives.
Thinks strategically and acts practically:
Sees the bigger picture and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
This senior leadership opportunity will suit someone with strong specialist medical practice management experience who is excited to champion our vision, strengthen our team and continually raise the standard of care and service we provide.
Together, we want to build an exceptional practice, an empowered team and a better experience for every woman who walks through our doors.
