Omkaar Nathwani's busy, high-performing residential sales team in Upper Coomera
.
If you have at least six months of real estate experience, love working with people and are hungry to learn, this is an opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside an experienced sales team and build a rewarding career in real estate.

What you'll be doing




This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with buyers and help keep the sales process moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing buyer enquiries, registrations and follow-up to build strong relationships and maintain an active buyer database.
Conducting property inspections and helping buyers identify suitable properties.
Understanding buyer needs, budgets and motivations to match them with the right opportunities.
Following up with interested buyers, generating offers and helping progress negotiations.
Working closely with Omkaar and the wider team to convert buyer interest into successful sales.
Maintaining accurate client records and CRM activity.
Building your knowledge of the Upper Coomera and surrounding property markets.
Delivering an outstanding buyer experience that creates long-term relationships and referral opportunities.
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience, but you do need the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
We're looking for someone who has:
At least
six months of experience in real estate
, ideally within residential sales or a sales associate role.
A genuine interest in property and a strong desire to build a long-term career in real estate.




Confidence communicating with people and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A proactive approach to follow-up, organisation and getting things done.
A competitive mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to be accountable for results.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence using technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A current Queensland real estate registration or licence appropriate to the role.
A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is coachable, driven and ready to make the most of the opportunity.
