As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services.
Responsibilities
Managing ICT service request and Incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principles
Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues
Support and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipment
Install, configure, update, and remove business applications
Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees
Manage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Windows ***** environments
Experience with Active Directory administration and support
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills
