Downer is seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our Energy & Utilities team in Chatswood, NSW. You will provide expert advice, coaching and mentoring across safety, wellbeing, setting and sustainability, and support the implementation of The Downer Standard.
You will help drive continuous improvement and strengthen safety ownership across operational teams. In this role you will mentor teams, lead incident investigations, develop risk controls and ensure compliance
