The Role
We are actively seeking an exemplary Music Teacher with strong interpersonal skills. As a Music Teacher you will establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a love of The Arts through Music. As a specialist teacher, you will be highly organised and skilled in delivering carefully constructed lessons for students in Year 1 to 6. The capacity to excel in an workplace characterised by whole‐school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued. The successful applicant will deliver an engaging Music program across the primary years, developing students' practical performance skills, music literacy, composition, listening and appreciation. They will ideally inspire students to explore, create and perform music while fostering confidence, creativity and a genuine love of music.
