Early Learning Group, a privately owned Australian childcare network, seeks a COO to own end-to-end network operations across NSW, VIC and QLD. You will lead centre directors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and profitability in a rapid-growing portfolio.
You will report to the Managing Director, oversee the operations and enable rapid yet compliant expansion, with a hands-on, systems-minded ownership style and regular travel to centres across NSW and Victoria.
