Autopact is seeking a National Automotive Trainer to join our Head Office team. Build Autopact's sales training function from scratch and lift sales volume, gross profit and NPS by getting every salesperson to follow the Minimum Acceptable Standards.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role with adaptable response to ad hoc requests. The position requires creating and delivering training content, coaching dealership staff across multiple channels, and interstate travel to support training
