About the Role
We are currently looking for a Technical Facilities Manager to work for a large private landlord, managing a well-known premium grade commercial office tower in the CBD. The role will be working in a highly technical Facilities team, suiting someone who has a deep understanding of Electrical and HVAC. The role involves BMS optimisation, experience working with and diagnosing UPS, generators, ATS, chillers / cooling towers and switchboards. This is a agile and interesting role for someone who enjoys the technical side of Facilities Management.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the planned and preventative maintenance program.
Carryout BMS optimisation for building efficiency.
Assist with the NABBERS energy efficiency.
Manage the ticketing and work order system.




Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, dealing with basebuilding hard service FM.
Ideally have a trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC, or a very technical understanding of generators, UPS, ATS, electrical systems, switchboards and HVAC
Must have strong communication, written and verbal.
