Thiess seeks a Mining Superintendent for the Peak Downs project based in Moranbah. You will lead production teams to achieve safety, culture and productivity targets while mentoring Supervisors to build team effectiveness and project performance.
You will need strong leadership, planning, and staff development skills, with experience in open-cut coal operations and solid financial and contractual awareness. This is a challenging, growth-focused in office role.
