Duties
- Processing fleet-related paperwork efficiently and accurately as the Fleet Administrator




- Maintaining precise vehicle records and updating internal systems
- Liaising with colleagues to support the smooth running of fleet activities
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
- Helping manage the increasing workload within the fleet department as the Fleet Administrator
Requirements
- Previous administration experience, ideally within motor trade or fleet sectors
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and IT proficiency as the Fleet Administrator
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proactive and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
