Workshop Controller
to lead our busy service department and oversee a team of 10 technicians.

About the Role
Managing the daily workflow of 10 mechanics/technicians
Allocating repair orders and monitoring productivity
Ensuring workshop efficiency and high-quality workmanship
Supporting technicians with technical guidance when required
Liaising with service advisors and management
Maintaining a safe, organised, and positive workshop setting




Assisting with roadworthy inspections and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Workshop Controller or senior workshop role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and team-first mentality
Roadworthy Licence preferred
Kia dealership experience highly regarded but not essential
