Looking to turn your real estate experience and relationship skills into new business? An established Gold Coast agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to attract new landlords and grow its property management portfolio. With a presence across residential sales, property management and project marketing, the business offers several avenues for building investor relationships.
The Role
Generate new management opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
Meet with landlords, present rental appraisals and secure management agreements
Build relationships with investors and referral partners
Work with the sales and property management teams to identify opportunities
Maintain your pipeline and coordinate a smooth handover of new clients
About You




Experience in real estate business development, property management or sales
Confident prospecting, presenting and converting opportunities
Robust relationship skills and a proactive approach
Organised, commercially minded and motivated by targets
Current QLD Real Estate Registration and driver's licence
