You will:
Conduct internal reviews of disputed NSW CTP claims decisions
Review medical evidence, claims information and relevant legislation




Assess disputes relating to liability, statutory perks and medical matters
Prepare clear, well-reasoned internal review decisions
Liaise with claims teams, legal representatives and medical specialists
Review submissions prepared by external lawyers for PIC matters
Ensure decisions are made within legislative timeframes
Provide technical guidance and feedback to claims teams
If your background includes:
Experience in personal injury law, ideally NSW CTP
OR experience in CTP claims, internal reviews or dispute resolution
Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Confidence making decisions and managing stakeholders
A legal qualification would be highly regarded, but isn't essential!
