oOh!media Limited is hiring an experienced P&C; Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our P&C; services and shape a simpler, smarter employee experience. This role combines operational excellence, people leadership and HR technology.
You will lead a small team, strengthen service standards and own HR systems administration, including Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder, using data, automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve service quality.
