Administration and Logistics Officer
to join our team. This is a
full-time position
that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our administration, logistics and warehousing duties. As the Administration and Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining effective warehousing.
Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and recording incoming stock and materials into the warehouse
Organising and storing inventory in designated locations
Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records
Supporting administrative functions
Liaising with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly
What we're looking for




Proven experience working in an administrative or logistics role
Competency in warehouse management systems and data entry, with proficiency in basic computer applications
Very robust organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Commitment to health and safety practices and compliance with workplace procedures
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow demands
Able to work long shifts in line with operational hours of the quarry
