You will lead a 20+ robust team, partner with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden, and report to the Assistant Site Manager.
Your focus will be on delivering Best Experience to customers, training your team, maintaining safety standards and ensuring the Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased.
