About the Role
Reporting directly to the Site Operations Manager, you'll lead our Quality Management Systems and ensure ongoing compliance with FSSC *****, HACCP, ISO ****, Halal and regulatory requirements.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll influence quality outcomes across the business while managing audits, improving systems, developing people and supporting operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and continuously improve quality management systems, policies and procedures
Drive compliance across GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO and food safety standards
Manage internal audits, inspections and external certification audits
Investigate customer complaints, quality issues and non-conformances
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
Coordinate allergen, microbiological and environmental testing programs
Monitor quality performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives




Lead food safety and quality training across the site
Coach and support production teams to embed quality best practice
Maintain quality documentation, training records and compliance reporting
Partner with customers, suppliers and auditors to ensure ongoing compliance and quality excellence
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a quality professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership capability.
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Quality Systems leadership role within food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of FSSC *****, HACCP, ISO ****:****, GMP and food manufacturing compliance requirements
Experience leading internal and external audits
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Solid documentation, reporting and quality system management experience
Experience managing supplier quality programs and customer requirements
The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
