Autocycle Internationalis seeking
aself-motivated andexperiencedMechanical Fitter tojoin the team at our brand-new recycling facility located in Stapylton Queensland. This hands-on role will be on a afternoon shift full-time basis, reporting to thesite manager.
Duties & responsibilities:
Operating fixed & mobile plant and equipment such as tyre shredders or granulators, forklifts, skid steer loaders, etc.
Perform maintenance tasks including greasing, blade changes, inspections, etc.
Assessing and prioritising breakdown service requirements
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork & upkeep of equipment maintenance logs
Work closely with Maintenance Planner & Team Leaders on strategy development, ensuring optimal plans are executed
Assist the production processes to ensure that trade released product meets quality specifications
Ensuring Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) policies and procedures are followed.
Driving continuous improvement in our onsite processes
working on afternoon shift 2pm-10pm, 5 days a week
Qualifications & experience:
Experience in a similar position with relevant tickets
MIG & ARC welding and fabrication experience
EWP licence and experience
Ability to interpret technical documents (engineering drawings,



operation manuals)
Solid understanding of mechanical processes
Current High Risk Work Licence (preference for WP, DG, LF)
Keen attention to accuracy & detail
Driver's licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
