Ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience through Appian solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise data management, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and operational teams.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding analysts and developers through solution design, estimation, implementation, and production support activities.
Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Appian Certified Analyst, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
