ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both our customers and sales teams. Acting as one of the first points of contact for our valued customers, you will deliver exceptional service while leading by example within the Customer Service Team.
This hands-on role combines customer service, appointment scheduling, lead management and team support, ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience from their first interaction with Australian Outdoor Living.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule customer appointments for the sales team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
Accurately record, manage and allocate leads in accordance with company procedures.
Confirm appointments and ensure efficient and achievable scheduling runs.
Support the State Sales Manager with administrative and reporting functions.
Assist in developing strategies to increase lead generation and conversion.
Work collaboratively with the Customer Service Team to achieve business objectives.




Contribute to the achievement of weekly and monthly performance targets.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting or inbound/outbound sales.
A strong customer-focused attitude and passion for delivering excellent service.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
Able to work effectively both within a team environment and independently.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
A positive, proactive and self‐motivated approach.
Availability to work full‐time hours over a five‐and‐a‐half‐day rotating roster
