We are looking for a person to join our ISS Injury Assist Team as an Assistant Case Manager (ACM) supporting our front-line case managers and Injured Placemakers with their workers compensation claims.
The Assistant Case Manager role provides administration and customer service support to ISS Case Managers, Injured ISS Placemakers (employees), ISS Operational Managers for the quality management and outcomes for NSW workers compensation claims.
Responsibilities include:
Registering of recent claims
Managing incoming email documentation workflow
Manage daily tasks within service levels




Contacting providers and arranging appointments and follow-up outstanding reports/information
Updating information in our systems to ensure we accurate and quality data
If you are enthusiastic, curious and have a quality customer focus, then ISS can provide the training and development for a great career with us. Experience in a medical or workers compensation administration support role is desirable.
About ISS and Self Insurance - ISS has a NSW Workers Compensation Self Insurance license and our Injury Assist Team manage injuries and return to work support to our Placemakers (employees) when they are injured at work.
