Property Valet, part of imagina Group, is seeking an experienced Portfolio/Property Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a residential portfolio in the Greater Sydney area. This 12‐month fixed‐term role covers parental leave and offers work-from-home autonomy with support from the NSW team.
You will manage owner/tenant relationships, leasing, maintenance, and NCAT matters while staying aligned with NSW tenancy laws and using PropertyMe. Travel across the portfolio is expected.
