Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking a Community Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver holistic, person-centred physiotherapy to a mixed case load of NDIS and Home Care clients through in-home and community-based appointments.
Build long-term client relationships focused on improving mobility, reducing pain and enhancing quality of life.
Conduct clinical assessments, treatments and develop tailored exercise programs for NDIS participants.
Manage your own schedule across a Monday to Friday roster.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
About You
Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with at least 1+ years of experience in NDIS, community or private practice settings (new graduates welcome).
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with full Australian working rights.
Current or eligibility to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
A strong commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
