Datacom is seeking a Knowledge Specialist to manage and maintain our knowledge base for a defined functional area. You will craft, edit and deliver high‐quality technical documentation and resources for internal teams and customers.
You'll collaborate with Development Specialists and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with contractual requirements. This is a 6‐month fixed‐term contract based in Australia, with a balance of in‐person and work‐from‐home flexibility.
