The Opportunity
This established national builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds valued between $5M and $100M across Brisbane. You'll oversee between one and three projects depending on their size and complexity, with upcoming opportunities across industrial, aged care and other commercial sectors. The role suits a well-rounded PM who enjoys project variety,



can manage multiple stakeholders and is confident taking ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage commercial new builds from commencement through to handover
Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
Lead site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Manage client relationships, consultants and project reporting
Maintain safety, quality and programme outcomes
Coordinate multiple projects where required
