THE ROLE
Working alongside experienced sales agents, you'll gain practical experience across the residential sales process while developing the skills to become a successful agent.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents




Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations
Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers
Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships
Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations
Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market
Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets
ABOUT YOU
Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential
A genuine passion for property and a desire to build a career in sales
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Motivated by targets, results and achieving goals
Professional, organised and eager to learn
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Previous real estate sales experience will be highly regarded
