The Salvation Army Burpengary Salvos Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Burpengary, QLD. Reporting to the Area Manager, this permanent, full time role focuses on stock flow, pricing and merchandising according to Salvos standards.
You will inspire and develop staff and volunteers, manage budgets and rosters, build community connections, and uphold our mission values in every customer interaction.
