If you're after a career in OOSH, not just a job, this one is for you. We're looking for a confident, community-minded Nominated Supervisor to lead our Woodport OOSH service. You'll have an established second-in-charge beside you, and a new General Manager and management team who are investing in the people who lead our services.

permanent position
, not a fixed-term contract. We're growing across the Central Coast and we want to build a team of quality, long-term leaders. If you're the right person for us, we want to keep you, and we'll work with you on your next step in the organisation whatever the tender outcome.
About the role
You'll lead a dedicated team delivering Before and After School Care and vacation care that local families trust. You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing your Educators, including performance support
Building a positive team culture and a fun, engaging, play-based program
Keeping the service compliant with legislation, our policies and the National Quality Standards
Managing enrolments, rosters, ratios, vacation care planning and attendance
Keeping children and Educators secure and well
Building genuine relationships with children, families and the school community
About you




Previous experience as an OOSH or childcare leader or Nominated Supervisor
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA). All qualifications considered
Working With Children Check and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
Current Education & Care First Aid and CPR
Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
National Foundations of Child Safety Training
Working knowledge of MTOP, the NQS and the Assessment & Rating process (desirable, not essential)
