We are currently seeking either a part-time (4 days a week) or full time Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team. This position, which is based in our Gold Coast office, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client's commercial, industrial and retail assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients' assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomes
Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
Assisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlords
Conducting rent reviews, lease expiries and inspections
Organising work orders, assessing quotes and tenders and following up on completed works
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
An ability and willingness to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
A positive and proactive approach to problem solving
3 - 5 years' experience in commercial real estate management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
Demonstrated experience with property management platforms such as MRI,



Cirrus8, or Yardi is highly regarded.
