Retail Showroom Consultant | Gold Coast
They are looking for a driven Retail Showroom Consultant to join their Gold Coast team. This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where you'll manage inbound enquiries, meet with clients in the showroom, build quotations and guide projects from initial conversation through to completion.

As Retail Showroom Consultant, you will:
Manage inbound phone, email and showroom enquiries
Meet with commercial clients to understand their workplace and furniture requirements
Recommend tailored furniture and workspace solutions
Prepare quotations and follow projects through to completion
Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
Contribute to a fun, energetic and results-focused team culture
What you'll bring
Previous experience in retail, showroom or consultative sales
Confidence communicating via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated approach and commercial mindset
The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExperience within furniture, interiors, commercial sales or home improvement will be highly regarded
