LTM is looking for a highly experienced
Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Consultant
to join a major enterprise transformation programme.
This is a
hands-on senior role
for someone who can operate across both
technical design and delivery
. You will work across a complex programme setting, taking ownership of identity and M365 migration activities while collaborating with technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
The initial engagement will focus on the
design phase through December
, with potential extension into the delivery phase through
April/May
.
What you'll be doing
Design and deliver complex
Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
Lead identity and authentication activities across
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and Okta
Assess identity data, user attributes, groups, access policies and application integrations
Support migration planning across
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
Perform migration discovery and readiness assessments
Identify source-environment dependencies and remediation requirements
Develop
technical designs, implementation plans, migration runbooks and cutover plans
Support migration testing, remediation, cutover and post-migration validation
Use
PowerShell
for discovery, reporting, configuration and migration activities
Work closely with internal technical teams, vendors and programme stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and blockers and communicate these before they impact delivery




Take genuine ownership of technical outcomes rather than simply providing architectural oversight
What we're looking for
You will bring strong hands-on experience across:
Active Directory within complex hybrid environments
Okta hybrid integration and identity synchronisation
Authentication, SSO and enterprise identity management
Exchange Online
SharePoint Online
OneDrive
Microsoft Teams
Identity migration and coexistence
PowerShell scripting and automation
Migration discovery, remediation, testing and cutover
Technical architecture and detailed solution design
Migration documentation and runbook development
The person
Technical capability is only part of this role.
We need someone who is
responsive, accountable and comfortable owning outcomes
. You'll be working across a broad programme with different technical and business stakeholders, so clear communication is critical.
You'll know when to challenge, when to escape and when to simply get on with delivery. Most importantly, you'll communicate risks and issues early, manage expectations effectively and ensure there are
no surprises
for the programme.
This is an opportunity to take a key hands-on role within a significant Microsoft 365 transformation programme, working across
identity, authentication and enterprise migration
from design through to implementation.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
