ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Family Wellbeing Team Leader to guide frontline services within the Family Wellbeing Services program. You will mentor staff, coordinate integrated care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, and drive client outcomes through coaching and side-by-side field support.
You will use data to monitor case management quality, foster staff development, and collaborate with multiple service providers to ensure timely, culturally secure support for families at-risk
