Mansfield State High School is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee teaching staff supervision and HR processes. You will coordinate absences, arrange replacements, and support recruitment, onboarding and induction for current teachers.
In this role you will maintain workforce records, assist with leave administration and contribute to workforce planning. The position involves collaboration with deputy principals and heads of department to ensure smooth operations.
